Payment Conditions
The reservation is valid only within the terms and for the number of occupants (adults plus children) specified in the confirmation email. Any change must be agreed in advance with the accommodation provider, who reserves the right to accept them.
Starting from 1 November 2015, there is a tourist tax is to be paid by each guest over 14 years of ag, Euro 1. The tourist tax must be paid at the accommodation facility, for stays of 1 to 10 nights in addition to the price of the holiday booked.
Each apartment is furnished and equipped with a washing machine.
Our guests will have to bring their own linen. Rental of linen is possible, sheets and towels at the cost of 15 euros per person per change. Pets are not allowed.
Upon arrival, a deposit of 150 Euros is required, to be returned upon departure after an apartment check. Final cleaning price is 90 Euros.
