The apartment is located on the first floor in Pozza di Fassa, Strada de Sot Comedon 11, 38036, San Giovanni di Fassa.
It is situated in a quiet area with access to many walks and the cycling path.
The Buffaure cable car is 300 m away, easily reachable on foot, a summer destination for hiking and in the winter it serves as a starting point for skiing and the Sellaronda. In front of the apartment is the Alloch ski stadium, a track for training and international competitions, which is illuminated twice a week for night skiing.
Near the apartment is the Skibus stop in winter and shuttles in summer.
150 m away is a Despar grocery store, and a few minutes' walk takes you to the town center where you can find many shops and the QcTerme wellness center.

At the entrance of the village, continue for 700 m until the church of San Nicolò, turn left and immediately after the bridge, turn right.
Check-in is at 2 PM.
Check-out is at 9 AM.

The tourist tax is to be paid by the guest, which amounts to 1€ per night per person aged 14 and over, for the first 10 days of stay.
