Villa Rosa has three apartments from two to six beds, one of which is attic and two apartments on the ground floor, which directly overlook a large garden equipped with wooden tables, deck chairs and swings for children. The property enjoys a panoramic view of Cima 12 and the Catinaccio, a destination for excursions in summer and a ski area in winter. The lifts are easily accessible by car or by ski bus, with a stop 50 meters from the house. Within walking distance the town center and various sporting, cultural and wellness attractions, such as the Terme Dolomia and the Qc Terme, reachable with a 10-minute walk. Each apartment has free wi-fi and satellite TV. At the customer's disposal, access to the ski depot with boot warmers, bike depot, laundry and reserved parking space.
