Inaugurated in December 2025, Ciasa Ruez offers a modern and comfortable apartment just 5 minutes’ walk from the Catinaccio ski lifts. Right in front of the building there is a ski bus stop, providing easy access to the other ski areas of the valley:
- 2 km to the Buffaure cable car (connection to the Sellaronda);
- 6.5 km to the new Col Rodella lift;
- 9 km to the Belvedere cable car;
- 11 km to the Ciampac and Col dei Rossi cable car
Nearby you will also find the cross-country ski trail, the Fraine children’s area, and a playground.
The apartment features one bedroom and a mezzanine with a double bed, as well as a spacious bathroom with window and shower.
The bright living area includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining table, and sofa with Smart TV, with direct access to a terrace offering panoramic views of the Dolomites.

Payment Conditions
The price includes:
- Final cleaning of the apartment;
- Bed, bathroom and kitchen linen.
To confirm the booking, a deposit equal to 30% of the total amount is required, to be paid by bank transfer.
As of 1 November 2015, a tourist tax of €1.00 per person per day applies, payable in cash at the accommodation, for stays from 1 to 10 nights, in addition to the accommodation price.
Exemptions: children under 14 years of age and certified disabled guests.
Please note that valid ID documents must be provided upon key handover for guest registration purposes.
Check-in is available from 2:00 PM, and check-out is required by 10:00 AM.
On the day of arrival, guests are kindly requested to contact us by phone to arrange the key handover
