Upstairs, you’ll find the living room and kitchen, first bedroom with king-size bed, a second room with a bunk bed and a third pull-out bed that becomes a double bed when combined with the lower bed. There is also a bathroom and a spacious balcony.
Free parking is available in front of the house.

Payment Conditions
Free cancellation up to 21 days before the arrival date.
From the 20th day until the arrival date, a cancellation fee equal to the amount of the deposit paid will be applied.
A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking confirmation.
The remaining balance must be paid 14 days before the arrival date.
The reservation is valid only under the specified conditions and for the number of occupants (adults plus any children) stated in the confirmation email. Any changes must be agreed upon in advance and are subject to approval.
Included in the price:
- Utilities (electricity, water, and gas);
- Heating costs;
- Wi-Fi internet connection;
- Bed linen and towels (for extended stays, additional linen changes can be arranged upon request and for an extra fee).
