Are you looking for a cabin immersed in greenery, allowing you to relax with a breathtaking view?
The Casa da Mont Val di Blan is the choice for you!
The structure is a portion of a raised cabin spread over one level. The entrance is at the back of the house.
Interiors:
- Kitchen (electric stove, small refrigerator with freezer), dining table;
- Bedroom area: one double room and one twin room with single beds;
- Bathroom: sink, toilet, and shower (no bidet).
Outdoors: Unfenced private garden, with table, chairs, and barbecue (see photo).
USEFUL INFO:
- Dishware, cutlery, and linen are included;
- Water is available from the public aqueduct, hot water from an electric boiler (100L);
- Electricity is supplied by the public network, no autonomy issues!
- Heating system not available. To warm up on cool evenings at the beginning/end of the season, you can use the wood stove;
- External mobile coverage not guaranteed.
LOCATION
The Casa da Mont Val di Blan is located at 1,300 m above sea level, 20 minutes by car from Tione di Trento/Sella Giudicarie in Trentino. The last few kilometers of road are unpaved, with a short rough ramp, but still passable by car.
In a maximum of 50 minutes by car, you can reach the main tourist destinations such as: Pinzolo Madonna di Campiglio Dolomiti, Lake Tenno, Lake Garda, Lake Molveno, and Lake Idro.
In the town of Tione di Trento, the main services are available, including: hospital, pharmacy, supermarkets, gas stations, clothing stores, tobacconists/newsagents, herbal stores, bars, pizzerias, and restaurants.

The Mont Val di Blan House is located at 1,300 meters above sea level, 20 minutes by car from Tione di Trento/Sella Giudicarie in Trentino. The last few kilometers of the road are unpaved, with a short bumpy stretch but still passable by car.
The meeting point is in Tione di Trento, at the parking lot on Via Giovanni Prati. We will then take you to the cabin!

Payment Conditions
CHECK-IN
Check-in is available from 3:30 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-out must be done by 9:30 AM on the day of departure.
Check-in and check-out at other times must be agreed upon between the parties at the time of booking.
Upon your arrival, we ask for a valid identification document (ID card or driver's license) and a tourist tax of €1 per person per night to be paid in cash on-site.
