Are you looking for a mountain lodge in a quiet village of houses, once a gathering place and a stronghold of the mountains?
The lodge of Grandpa Bruno Zeller is the perfect option! The lodge is a portion of a structure that develops over two levels:
Ground floor: living area with kitchen (gas stove, fridge/freezer), spacious dining room with fireplace, bathroom with toilet and sink;
Upper floor: three bedrooms, one double with a queen bed, another double with single beds, and a third with 3 single beds (2 in the bunk bed), bathroom with shower, bidet, and toilet.
Outdoor spaces: garden with table and chairs and barbecue.
USEFUL INFORMATION:
Dishes, cutlery, and linens are included;
Water is available from the public water supply, hot water from a gas boiler;
The electricity for the house is supplied by an off-grid photovoltaic system with a battery storage, offering a sustainable and low environmental impact experience. The available energy ensures a comfortable stay, but encourages mindful usage, especially in bad weather. The use of large appliances is not allowed;
External phone coverage is not guaranteed;
Heating system not available. To warm up during the cool evenings of the start/end of the season, you can use the fireplace.

The cottage of Grandpa Bruno Zeller is located at 1,300 m above sea level in a quiet place, not too isolated, about a 20-minute drive from Tione di Trento in Trentino.
The last 400 meters of road must be traveled on a steep, one-lane concrete road (some skill in mountain driving is required) (see photo). Alternatively, you can leave the car in the parking lot at the end and continue on foot for 5 minutes.
