Our property is located in Soraga di Fassa, easily accessible by car or public transportation.
By car:
- From the south, take the A22 motorway and exit at Egna/Ora. Follow the signs for Val di Fiemme and Val di Fassa along the SS48 delle Dolomiti.
- From the north, exit at Bolzano Nord and follow the signs for Nova Levante, Passo Costalunga, and finally Soraga.
By train and bus:
- The nearest train station is in Bolzano. From there, take a direct bus to Val di Fassa (SAD line).
- Alternatively, you can reach Trento station and continue with regional connections to the valley.

Payment Conditions
- Check-in: From 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
- Check-out: By 9:00 AM.
- Cancellation policy: Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival.
- Payment: A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The balance must be paid at check-in.
- Pets: Not allowed, unless specifically agreed with the owner.
- Smoking: Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment.
- Linen: Bed linen and towels are not included in the price; the cost is €12 per person per change.
- Tourist tax: €1 per person per night (for guests aged 14 and older), to be paid at check-in.
The tourist tax is an amount that must be paid at the accommodation for stays from 1 to 10 nights, in addition to the booked holiday price.
