Our flats are located in a perfect point of departure for excursions, climbing, trail running, trail bike during summer , giving way to skiing (the Sella Ronda is the bestknown circular ski tour taking in the Ladin-speaking valleys - Val di Fassa, Arabba, Alta Badia, val Gardena) cross-country skiing (world famous Marcialonga passing right across our garden), ski touring, snowboard and snow-shoes excursion in winter.

Payment Conditions
The prices are intended per apartment and for one week and they include:
Water, light and heating use, bed linen , tablecloth, dishcloths and bathroom carpet. WIFI. The bathroom towels are not included.
If you want, you can rent them and the cost is € 10,00 per person for one week.
You have the possibility to get for free cots and beddings for children between 0 and 3 months.
What is not included in the price, is the final cleaning, that costs € 70,00, if it is not done by our customers.
