The apartment interprets the style of typical mountain ATTICS, but with imaginative variations to make it more original and pleasant. It is accessed via a covered external staircase as shown in the photo. The rooms are equipped with two single beds that can be used as doubles or singles. The bathroom has a washing machine and a bathtub with a shower. The kitchen runs on GPL gas and is fully equipped with all the necessities for cooking; the oven also works on gas. The adjacent living room has wicker armchairs padded with cushions. The house can be reached by exiting from State Road 48 at the ROUNDABOUT south of Moena (sports field) and continuing towards the VAL di Moena (Medil) locality via paved road; in just a few minutes you arrive at the house, which is located in a spacious, sunny panoramic meadow with a view of the entire town of Moena. The road serves as a walkway, one of the most beautiful and frequented in Moena, and it is historically interesting because it leads to visit the two most typical neighborhoods of the town: MEDIL and PENIA. Being situated halfway between the Fiemme and Fassa valleys, MasoVal can enjoy the advantage of accessing all locations in the same amount of time! To reach the house, exit at the large roundabout south of Moena from the state road 48, and continue alongside the sports field towards Medil.
MASOVAL is located on the side of the road at the end of the uphill section on the paved forest road (new road completed in spring) about 800 meters from the roundabout.
