The reservation is considered confirmed and valid only upon receipt of the bank transfer, which serves as the payment method and guarantee of the reservation.
In case of cancellation by the guest, a refund of the amount paid is only provided if the booked dates are reoccupied by another reservation for the same period or part of it. In this case, only the amount corresponding to the nights actually reassigned will be refunded.
Alternatively to cancellation, it is possible to request a change of dates, subject to availability, for periods of equal value or for a shorter stay, without refunding any potential difference.
