Payment Conditions

The reservation is considered confirmed upon payment of a deposit amounting to 30% of the stay;

The deposit is refunded in case of cancellation before 14 days prior to arrival. From 14 days to no show we ask for a payment of 80% of the board (also in case of illness or other objective impediments). In any case of cancellation we will still retain € 70.00 office expenses.

The room is available from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival and we ask for it to be vacated by 10 a.m. on the day of departure.
