I am lucky enough to live in a magical and splendid place surrounded by nature, Moena the Fairy of the Dolomites in Val di Fassa. With love and passion I take care of our small company and I would like to have the pleasure of sharing it with you!

At Ciasa Lino Defrancesco there are more housing units, 3 of which are used as holiday homes.
The single housing unit consists of a large three-room apartment with 4 or 5 beds. Our property includes a large car park for our guests and an outdoor area used as a garden equipped with games for children, benches with tables and deck chairs for relaxation.
Guests can use the spaces available, without limits, enjoying the warmth and familiarity of our home.

info@appartamentimoena.it Website +39 0462 573318 +39 334 8169676Moena is inserted in a basin between the enchanted peaks of the Dolomites, such as Catinaccio, Sassolungo, Monzoni and Latemar.Our house is located north of Moena in the heart of Val di Fassa at 1250 s.l.m in the Pezzè area after the tunnel (direction Soraga) at roundabout second exit Someda 100 m on the left. Five minutes from the center on foot, the house enjoys a particular panoramic and quiet position (limited traffic area), an excellent starting point for trips and numerous excursions just a few hundred meters from the entrance to the main road.

Payment Conditions
The fee for the stay in our structure already includes: bed linen and towels, wifi connection, consumption of electricity, water and heating; cleaning service at the end of the stay.
Accessories: pots / dishes, kitchen utensils, toaster, blender, kettle, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, television, hairdryer, vacuum cleaner.
On request free of charge: ironing board, iron, cot and high chair.
Shared rooms: laundry with washing machines, bike / ski deposit with boot dryer.
For a fee:
dogs are allowed Euro 10,00 per day.
Tourist tax Euro 1,00 per day per person. Minors up to the age of 15 are also excluded.
