The apartments are located in the yellow block of apartments overlooking Piazza Mercato next to the Three Arches pedestrian bridge, from which there is access to the spa grounds. On the ground floor of the apartment block you will find the Zanoni bakery and café, while a fruit and vegetable and grocery shop, a stationery shop and various others are just a few minutes away. The apartments offer an excellent view of the Piazza Mercato garden and the Sarca river. The area offers many opportunities: from easy walks to hiking in the Brenta Dolomites, cliff climbing and mountain biking. In addition, from here you can easily reach (about 30 minutes) various tourist resorts: Riva Del Garda, Lake Tenno, Molveno, Andalo, Madonna di Campiglio and the city of Trento.

Payment Conditions
Check in: from 4 p.m. - Check out: by 10 a.m.
Tourist tax is extra, € 1 per person per day (from 14 years) up to 10 nights.
A deposit of 30% of the price of the stay is required to confirm the booking.
In case of cancellation up to 30\40 days prior to arrival the deposit is retained.
In case of late arrival or early departure, the full cost of the entire booked period will be charged.
Upon handover of the apartment the balance of the stay plus a deposit of €100 must be paid.
