The apartment is located at Passo San Pellegrino, directly on a blue slope in the San Pellegrino / Alpe Lusia skiing area, therefore connected to the Costbella ski lift. It is 10 km from Moena, easy to reach and is on the third floor inside a residence. The apartment faces the mountains: during the winter the view is the snow-capped mountain. As the owner, I am always available via phone or whatsapp in case you have any doubts or problems.
Renting the apartment entitles you to the APT Trentino Guest Card, with discounts for ski buses and ski lifts, as well as spas and museums.
Floors, fixtures, systems, kitchen and bathroom were completely renovated in July 2023. All appliances are new: microwave, maxi fridge, maxi freezer, induction hob, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker and milk frother, 32" smart television, washing machine. It is served by a large lift with access from the garage (five steps). It has a parking space in the garage and cellar. The apartment is ideal for a maximum of two adults and a maximum of one child, and SMOKING is ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN (not even on the balcony).

️ From Moena, the road that leads to Paso San Pellegrino is easy to drive, as it is a state road. The curves are gentle and the road is wide. The residence is located right on Strada Statale 346. My Casina Alpina is located in the RIGHT wing of the residence.
