The apartment is located at Passo San Pellegrino, on the trekking paths of the Monzoni mountains complex, near the Costbella ski lift, also open in the summer. It is 10 km from Moena, easy to reach and is on the third floor inside a residence.
It faces north and looks directly at the Monzoni massifs: during the summer the cows often graze under the balcony, during the winter the panorama is the snow-capped mountain.
Floors, fixtures, systems, kitchen and bathroom were completely renovated in July 2023. All the appliances are new: microwave, maxi fridge, maxi freezer, induction hob, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker and milk frother, 32" smart television, washing machine. It is served by a large lift with access from the garage (five steps). It has a parking place in the garage and a cellar for equipment storage.
The apartment is ideal for a maximum of two adults and a maximum of one child, and SMOKING is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN (also on the balcony).

️ From Moena, the road that leads to Paso San Pellegrino is easy to drive, as it is a state road. The curves are gentle and the road is wide. The residence is located right on Strada Statale 346. My Casina Alpina is located in the RIGHT wing of the residence.
