The house is brand new and it overlooks Vigo di Fassa little square with a magnificent view of Sas da le Doudesc mountain from the south face and Roda de Vael mountain from north.
A couple of minutes walking from the supermarket, bakery, tourist office and the main commercial activities of the town and just 300m far from the Ciampedie / Catinaccio cable car station.
Our apartment is associated with the Val di Fassa Tourist Board so you will also be entitled to the FREE Val di Fassa Guest Card which will give you access to many discounts on activities and services.
We are also Partners of the Outdoor Sport Check Point offices in Val di Fassa and we give you the opportunity to participate in a rich weekly program of Outdoor activities both in summer and winter with discounts up to 50%.

Payment Conditions
A deposit of 30% of the total price is required at booking. The reservation is definetly confirmed once we receive the deposit. The balance of another 30% of the total price is required 15 days before arrival date. For the bookings received less than 15 days before the arrival date, a payment of 60% of the total price is required. The balance can be done the day before arrival or on site.
In case of cancellation of the reservation:
- Within 60 days before the check-in date, free cancellation.
- Between 59 and 15 days before the check-in date, the guest will lose 30% of the rental amount (deposit).
- Less than 14 days before the check-in date, the guest will lose 60% of the rental amount.
- Less than 7 days before the check-in date, the guest must pay 100% of the rental amount.
