Payment Conditions
Free cancellation up to 31 days before the arrival date.
- From day 30 before the arrival date to day 15 before the arrival date, the cancellation fee is 30% of the booked services.
- From day 14 before the arrival date to day 4 before the arrival date, the cancellation fee is 50% of the booked services.
- From day 3 before the arrival date to the arrival date, the cancellation fee is 100% of the booked services.
- In case of late arrival, early departure, or no-show, 100% of the stay amount will be charged.
In accordance with Article 59, paragraph 1, letter n) of the Consumers Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), the right of withdrawal does not apply to bookings of accommodation services. The cancellation conditions also apply in case of unforeseen impossibility.
