The residence is located in Pozza di Fassa (1320 m) in Trentino in the heart of the Dolomites, in a quiet and sunny area.
On foot you can reach the Buffaure ski area Buffaure-Ciampac, which allows a direct access to the famous Sella Ronda ski tour, the Catinaccio ski area, and the Marcialonga track for cross-country skiers. A children's playground is just a few steps from the residence.
From Pozza starts many walks, hikes and climbs for all levels and for your relaxation there is QC Terme Dolomiti spa (for our guests entrance with 10% discount).

By train stop Bolzano stop and then by bus with line 180 SAD
The house is located in Strada Donato Zeni, 15, a few steps from the bus stop called "Vac" (near the fire station).
The owners are always present and on the day of arrival please contact us for the check-in time.

Payment Conditions
Each apartment has a parking space in the garage, for any additional cars there is a large outdoor parking lot.
In summer you can use the garden where you can find sun loungers and deck chairs as well as a table with benches and an umbrella.
In winter there is a ski room with boot warmers and a lockable ski rack.
The house has a lift and a shared laundry room, where there are two washing machines and a dryer.
The apartments are available for weekly rentals, from Saturday to Saturday.
For different needs or longer periods contact us for personalized quotes.
Bed linen and towels are provided on request at a cost of €15 per person.
A deposit is required at the time of booking.
The balance can be paid by bank transfer, check or cash, no credit or debit cards.
