Payment Conditions
At the time of booking we require a deposit equal to 20% of the stay, to be paid by bank transfer. In case of cancellation (from the time of booking to the day before arrival), the deposit is not lost but frozen and can be used for a future stay of equal days in the summer or winter season, with no time limit. We ask that the deposit be paid within 10 days of the reservation date, otherwise we will consider the room rebookable.
Sojourn tax is an amount that must be paid at the accommodation facility for stays from 1 to 10 nights in
