By car
Take the A22 Brenner motorway and exit at Egna-Ora. From there, follow the signs for Cavalese – Val di Fiemme along the SS 48 Dolomites road. Pass through Cavalese and Tesero, then reach Panchià.
Entering the village, after the bus stop on the left, turn left. Continue until you reach the church, then turn right and go on for about 200 meters: you will find us on the right.
By train
You can conveniently reach the train stations at:
- Ora (BZ)
- Trento
- Bolzano
From there, direct buses depart to Val di Fiemme, with a stop also in Panchià.
By bus
During the summer and winter, direct connections are available from the main cities of Central-Northern Italy.
Daily services also depart from Trento, Ora, and Bolzano to Val di Fiemme (Panchià stop).

Payment Conditions
The tourist tax must be paid at the accommodation, in addition to the price of the booked vacation, starting from the age of 14 and up to a maximum of 10 nights of stay. 4 and 4* hotels € 2.50 – 3 and 3* hotels € 2.00 – other types € 1.50 – private apartments € 1.00. “Vallevviva forever” contribution: € 1.00.
Pets not allowed. Ski room available included in the price of the stay. Free parking on site.
