ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
The arrival day rooms are available from 15.00. Please inform us in case of arrival after 18.00 by calling +39 0439 68063.
The departure day rooms will be vacated by 10.00.
When possible we are able to offer greater flexibility with these times – don't hesitate to ask if you have any particular requirements.

CONFIRMATION
Reservations are considered binding upon receipt of a deposit (30% of the total amount).
TERMS OF CANCELLATION
For any cancellation of the stay within 30 days from the date of arrival none charge. From 29 to 8 days before the arrival day 30% of the total stay will be charged. From 7 to 1 day before arrival day 50% of the total stay will be charged. In case of no show, late arrival or early departure you will be charged the full amount of the stay.
Any cancellation within the terms not allowed does not provide any type of refund or modification of the dates of stay.
Tourist tax excluded Euro 2,50 per person, per night, payable locally. Not applicable to children under 14 years.
