By car: Andalo can be reached from both the south and the north via the State Road 12 of Brennero or the A22 motorway (exit San Michele all'Adige, distance from the toll booth 23km); then take the SS 43 to Mezzolombardo and then the left fork onto SP 64 for Fai della Paganella and Andalo; or the SS 21 fork towards Spormaggiore and Cavedago until reaching Andalo (21 km); or from Val Giudicarie, continue on the SS 421 to S. Lorenzo in Banale until you reach Andalo. By train: You can reach the FS station in Trento or that of Mezzocorona and then continue by bus towards Andalo. By air: The nearest airports are the Catullo airport in Verona, Marco Polo in Venice, Milan Linate, and the new airport in Bolzano.

The cancellation policies that are considered accepted by sending the 30% confirmatory deposit are the following:
In case of cancellation we never return the deposit. Furthermore:
up to 15 days from arrival, we give the possibility of a Voucher for a reservation of at least the same amount during the current season or possibly also in the following one (winter / summer).
from 14 to 8 days before arrival, the penalty is 50%
NO SHOW from 7 days to the day of arrival 100%
for any interruption of the stay, nothing is due to a refund
