Cuisine has always been one of the main points of strength of Hotel Miramonti: we begin with the breakfast buffet : jams and marmalade, chocolate, butter, croissant, biscuits, plum-cakes, yoghurt, fruit-juices, toasted bread, salami and cheese.
The food list, with two or three possible choices, includes almost all the local specialities, apart from national dishes. A rich buffet of fresh and cooked vegetable and appetizers make our cuisine even more palatable..
