Payment Conditions
- Payments can be made by cheque, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), and cash. To definitively confirm your reservation, please pay a deposit equal to 30% of your stay via bank transfer.
- Rooms are available from 14:00 and until 10:00 on the day of departure.
- The treatment must be chosen at the beginning of the stay and maintained for the entire period.
- Unconsumed meals are non-refundable.
- In case of early departure or late arrival, the cost of the room will be charged.
- We strive to make your stay unforgettable, but if something is not to your liking, please let us know so we can remedy it immediately.
- In case of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable. For cancellations made more than 30 days before your arrival date, the deposit can be recovered for another period within the current season.
