We are a real estate agency specializing in the management and rental of tourist apartments in Folgarida. We offer a selection of accommodations located in different areas of the village, within residences and condominiums, to allow our guests to experience the mountains with freedom and authenticity.

We rent apartments in the residences of Folgarida: Aquilegia, Carlo Magno, Spolverino, Monti Alti, Casina, Funghetto, 5 Funghi, Rododendro, I Larici, Splendor, Brenta, Tutto Sole, Ca del Brenz, Villa Gaia, and La Baita in the center.
All apartments are private, comfortably furnished, and equipped with everything necessary for a mountain holiday.

Payment Conditions
YOU WILL RECEIVE THE DIMARO FOLGARIDA CARD for the numerous activities organized for guests by the consortium
AND THE TRENTINO GUEST CARD
Mandatory costs
A deposit of € 100 per apartment (€200 for New Year's stays) is required to be paid upon arrival and refundable at the end of the stay.
Supplement for pets € 50
Optional costs:
Bed and bath linen € 15.00 per person and change
Parking space in garage € 70
Final cleaning according to type
The tourist tax is an amount that must be paid at the accommodation for stays from 1 to 10 nights in addition to the price of the booked holiday. It is not included in the price of the stay.
From June to October 2026, the Val di Sole Guest Card is included in the price of the stay, with many services, benefits, and the possibility to take the cable car at special rates!
