The House in the Woods is located in San Giovanni al Monte, a beautiful mountain area and hamlet of Arco, at an altitude of 1000 meters above sea level.
The house is surrounded by woods that ensure tranquility, serenity, and privacy, and it is in a very central location for mountain biking, with plenty of trails right outside the front door. Moreover, in just 25 minutes by car, you can reach "Busa," where you can access Arco with its cliffs for climbing and Riva del Garda with its lake and winds for water sports and sailing enthusiasts.
Nature lovers, sports enthusiasts, or simply those seeking relaxation will all find a small refuge and paradise in the House in the Woods, away from the stress of the city and the scorching summer heat, yet still close with a quick drive to Alto Garda and its countless offerings.

The House in the Woods is located in San Giovanni al Monte, a district of Arco. Once the booking is made, all the information for arrival and the contact details of the house manager will be provided, who will meet you at the established meeting point and guide you to the house.
Please note that the road is mountainous, with numerous hairpin turns, and during the winter, chains or snow tires are required and mandatory.

Payment Conditions
The base price refers to an occupancy for 4 people. For more than 4 people, an additional 20 euros per night per person must be added, up to a maximum of 12 people. The final cleaning cost is 150 euros.
The tourist tax is mandatory and must be paid in cash upon arrival, at a rate of 1 euro per person per night, up to a maximum of 10 consecutive nights. Children under 14 years old are exempt from this fee.
The cost for a pet is 25 euros per stay per animal, with a maximum of 2 pets allowed.
It is not permitted to smoke inside the house, and given the location immersed in the tranquility of the woods, throwing parties with music levels that may disturb animals and neighbors is not allowed.
