With our 24-hour check-in system the chalets can be accessed at any time with a number code. You can check in from 2 p.m. (or earlier on request). On the day of departure, please vacate the chalet by 9:30 a.m.

Payment Conditions
If you are unable to travel due to coronavirus-related travel restrictions (including quarantine on return), you can postpone your reservation to a later date.
Although the Italian Consumer Protection Code does not provide for the right of withdrawal in the case of hotel bookings, we allow cancellation under the following terms:
- Up to 3 months before arrival we only retain the deposit.
- 3 months to 4 weeks before arrival, we charge 50% of the booking price.
- In the last 4 weeks before arrival, the booking is charged in full.
Cancellation fees, if any, are deducted from the deposit.
Please refer to articles 45-67 of the Italian Consumer Protection Code (law 206/2005).
