We are in the upper part of the village, in a sunny and quiet area 1 km from the lakeside area, 300 meters from the departure of the Pradel cable car, and 100 meters from the stop of the free shuttle bus that connects with the center and the lakeside area.
600 meters away is the skibus stop that connects Molveno to Andalo and the Paganella Ski Area. Just 100 meters away, you will find a children's playground, the starting point for hikes to shelters, alpine farms, biking paths, and paragliding take-offs.
