Payment Conditions
The tourist tax is an amount of €1.00 per person per night, which must be paid at the accommodation for stays from 1 to 10 nights for guests aged 14 and older, in addition to the price of the booked holiday. It is not included in the price of the stay.
Included are: bed linen, bathroom and kitchen linen, consumption of water, electricity, and heating.
Final cleaning of €80.00 is excluded and must be paid on-site.
In certain periods at the owner's discretion, a deposit may be required, refunded at the end of the stay after checking the integrity of the apartment.
