On the first level, there is a double bedroom, a nook with a bunk bed, a bathroom/shower, a washing machine, a LARGE living room with a fireplace, TV, and VIEW of the SASSOLUNGO group, a kitchenette with DISHWASHER and microwave; on the mezzanine floor, there is another double bedroom, a mini room with 2 single beds (not joinable), and a bathroom/shower. External parking in the condominium courtyard. It is located in a central and quiet position, with a MARKET 50 meters away, and a playground 200 meters away from where the walk along the Avisio River begins. In winter, the ski slopes are 400 meters away (Ciampac and Belvedere - Sella Ronda) and in the village (Belvedere - Sella Ronda) with a ski bus stop in front of the house.

The reservation is valid exclusively under the terms and for the number of occupants (adults plus any children) specified in the confirmation email. Any changes must be agreed upon in advance with the accommodation provider, who reserves the right to accept them or not.
