Dear Guests,
we thank you for choosing our apartment for your vacation.
Upon arrival, we will ask for the identity documents of adults and children for the registration of guests with the State Police as per current regulations on short-term rentals.
It is not possible to accommodate anyone overnight other than those declared; if there are any needs, a prior agreement is necessary.
Access methods to the structure:
- check-in after 2:00 PM and before 10:00 PM;
- check-out by 9:00 AM.
Any changes in schedule will be possible with prior agreement.
We ask for respect for the furnishings and provided items. Any damages must be reported and settled upon departure.

Payment Conditions
The reservation is valid only in the terms and for the number of occupants (adults plus any children) specified in the confirmation email. Any changes must be communicated and agreed in advance with the owner of the apartment, who reserves the right to accept them or not.
The rate includes:
