The apartment is located in Pera di Fassa, in a quiet area. 500 meters from the bakery and grocery store and from the departure point of the chairlift that takes you to Ciampedie, from where excursions to the Catinaccio and Valli del Vajolet depart in summer, while in winter the chairlift takes you to the Catinaccio ski area. At 150 meters we have the bus stop (free for holders of the Fassa Card Summer, which can be requested from the accommodation provider), and in winter also of the Skibuses to be able to easily reach the ski lifts or to visit another village in the valley . Nearby we find an equipped playground, where the cycle and pedestrian path passes, which in winter becomes a cross-country ski track on which the Marcialonga passes on the last Sunday of January.
