The apartment is located in Pera di Fassa, in a quiet area.
500 meters from the bakery and food shop and from the departure point of the chairlift leading to Ciampedie, from where the Catinaccio and Valli del Vajolet excursions start in summer, while in winter the chairlift takes you to the Catinaccio ski area.
At 150 meters we have the bus stop (free for holders of the Fassa Card Estiva, which can be requested from the accommodation provider), and in winter also the SKibuses to easily reach the ski lifts or to visit another village in the valley. .
Nearby there is an equipped playground, where the cycle and pedestrian path passes, which in winter becomes a cross-country skiing track on which the Marcialonga passes on the last Sunday of January.
