Payment Conditions
For the confirmation of the booking, a deposit of 20% of the total amount is required.
Cancellation conditions
§ In case of cancellation up to 21 days before the arrival date, the deposit will be frozen for a stay of equal duration to be taken within the next 12 months.
§ In case of cancellations from 20 to 8 days before arrival, the deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee.
§ For cancellations from 7 to 1 day before arrival, the cancellation fee is equal to 50% of the total stay.
§ For cancellations on the day of arrival, no-show, late arrival and/or early departure, the penalty for the canceled days is equal to 100%.
§ For the payment of the cancellation fee, the deposit will be retained, with charges made on the credit card and/or a bank transfer requested.
