Payment Conditions
Bed linen and towels on request for a fee: € 15.00 per person per week.
Indoor garage € 5.00 per night
Final cleaning and sanification € 40.00
We require a € 100,00 deposit that will be completely refunded if there are no damages after the apartment has been checked and cleaned.
The tourist tax is an amount that must be paid at the accommodation for stays from 1 to 10 nights in addition to the price of
the holiday booked. It is not included in the price of the stay.
The city tax is not included in the price and amounts to € 1.50 per person per night, excluding children under 14 years; They only pay for the first 10 days.
