Payment Conditions
In the unfortunate event of a cancellation, we inform you of the applied conditions:
- Free rescheduling of the reservation up to 50 days before arrival (voucher usable within 1 year - no refund of the deposit is provided)
- For cancellations from 49 to 14 days before the start of the stay, the deposit will not be refunded (Article 1385 of the Civil Code)
- In case of cancellation from 14 to 0 days before arrival, a penalty equal to 60% of your stay will be charged (deducting the already paid deposit)
- In case of early departure or delayed arrival, the actual cost of the unused days will be charged.
Unforeseen circumstances before departure are always a possibility, especially when traveling with children; for this reason, we recommend insuring 100% of the holiday amount by paying 4.8%; information/conditions and activation should be done within 48 hours of booking at http://www.care4uhotel.com/it/acquista
