CHECK-IN: from 2.00 pm till 8.00 pm. (for later or earlier (if possible) arrivals, please get in touch with us some days before your arrival). CHECK-OUT: till 9.30. (For the ones, who would like to benefit of some more hours of sun we place free at their disposal a room with shower and toilet).

Payment Conditions
Electricity, water, final-cleaning (if you do it on your own), free entry to the pool direct at our Residence Paradise (also with children pool and whirlpool), deck-chairs, sun-loungers, balcony or terrace, deposit for bikes and surf-boards under video surveillance, SAT-TV, parking-area, garage, city-bikes and Guest card Trentino are included in the price.
Extra fees:
- the final cleaning can either be done by the guest or we can do it (this costs Euro 40,00)
- the city tax costs 1,50 euro per day and per person and it should be paid in cash at the Residence.
