Information
The residence Villa Erica is located near the pedestrian area of the village of Molveno and is situated in a panoramic and quiet position, a few meters from the center, the beautiful lake and the lifts to the plateau of Pradel.
The residence has different types of apartments: there are two-room apartments and two different types of three-room flats. The apartments are furnished with kitchenette (equipped with dishes and pots and pans) and a sofa bed, TV, bathroom with shower, 1 or 2 bedrooms.
Equipped with every comfort, our accommodations are bright and cozy and they all offer a breathtaking view of the lake or the Brenta Dolomites.
Among the services available to the guests of the facility we find the equipped garden, barbecue, playground for children, numbered parking, laundry room with dryer, Wi-Fi, elevator and ski or bicycle deposit.

how to get here
Molveno can be reached :
- from the Trento Nord exit of the A22 highway, continuing on the link road until the junction for Fai della Paganella and following the signs for Molveno (about 40 km);
- from the San Michele all'Adige exit of the A22 highway
continuing until Mezzolombardo. Once you have passed the town, turn left at the first junction for Fai della Paganella, Andalo and Lake Molveno (about 25 km), or turn left at the second junction for Spormaggiore, Cavedago, Andalo and Lake Molveno (about 25 km).
- from Riva del Garda
take the State Road 45bis until Sarche. At the intersection, turn left and follow the signs for S. Lorenzo in Banale. Drive along the lake until you reach the town of Molveno (about 50 Km).
Arrival by train:
The Mezzocorona train station, on the Brenner line, is located at a distance of 25 km from Molveno.

Payment Conditions
In high and mid-season, a minimum stay of one week is required with Saturday as the arrival and departure day; in low season, shorter stays of a minimum of 3 days are possible.

The payment of the tourist tax is an amount that must be paid at the accommodation for stays from 1 to 10 nights in addition to the price of the booked holiday.
