Information
The Residenza lies in the heart of the naturalistic oasis of the Concei Valley, where time seems to have stopped. Here, you can finally enjoy the natural rhythm of life, without haste and stress. Its location is the characteristic burg of Enguiso that owns a privileged and incredible view of the whole valley. The residence consists of 9 apartments, furnished with care and passion. There is also a large garden with benches, a barbecue, a children playground and a small panoramic swimming pool (open from 1st June to 20th September).

Contact & Directions
From Riva del Garda follow the signs for Valle di Ledro / Lago di Ledro, after the tunnel continue on the main road to Molina di Ledro.
Drive along the lake as far as Pieve di Ledro (about 4 km after Molina), about 500 m after the lake on the right you will find an 'IP' petrol station and on the left the information office.
Before the petrol station turn right into via Cassoni, in front of you you will see a yellow building which houses our office Lake Project.

Payment Conditions
Check-in at our LAKE PROJECT office in Via Cassoni n.28 in Pieve di Ledro from 15:00 to 18:00.
To arrange a late check-in before 19:00 please contact us: +39 0464590150 or +39 3477482634 (also SMS/Whatsapp).
In case of check-in after 18:00 a supplement is required.
Compulsory deposit at check-in € 100,00 which will be returned on departure.
City tax must be paid at check-in € 1,50/person/night
Bed linen, towels and final cleaning are NOT included in the price, they are on request and with extra charge.
- Bed linen: € 10,00 per person per set
- Towels: € 5,00 per person per set
- Final cleaning: € 30,00
Heating is not included, it is an extra cost to be paid at check-out according to consumption.
Pets are ONLY allowed in some two-room apartments, on request with an extra charge of € 5,00/night
The number of beds provided for the flat type cannot be exceeded under any circumstances, not even if travelling with children or infants.
