The recently renovated structure has seven rooms with private facilities and the division into a living area and sleeping area by a convenient loft. Located directly on the ski slopes in the "Trevalli" area with over 120 km of slopes, next to the automatic chairlift "Costabella", it also offers a basement service center with a sports goods shop and ski rental "Livio Sport", the ski pass office, the ski school, and an ATM. For non-skiers, there are pleasant excursions with "snowshoes", horse-drawn sleigh rides, and easy walks accessible even in winter.
