The residence has a contemporary architecture and it’s divided in 6 apartments (4 two-room and 2 three-room apartments) decorated in a minimalist and essential way.
Garage and bicycle parking are video surveilled. In the garden you can find a heated swimming pool from May to the end of September

On the A22 motorway exit at Rovereto Sud / Lago di Garda Nord and follow the directions for Arco and take the state road that leads in the direction of Riva del Garda, up to the fraction of San Tomaso, 200 metres after the church of San Tomaso we are on the left
Coming from Riva del Garda in the direction of Arco, 700 metres after the Agraria winery, we are on the right.
Please, Warn, when you exit the highway in Rovereto Sud, or at least 30 minutes before.
