Our cozy apartment, located on the raised first floor (only 6 steps to reach it), is the ideal choice for those looking for a relaxing holiday surrounded by nature and the pleasant climate of the Valle di Gresta.
Inside, you will find everything you need to feel at home:

This apartment is perfect for families and groups of friends, as it has two bedrooms: one with a double bed (non-separable) and one with two single beds, thus offering more space and privacy for everyone.
Upon request, we can also provide a crib for children.
If you are traveling as a couple or prefer a more intimate setting, there is another apartment "Sunflower apartment" available in the same building with a double bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room — the ideal option for those who want to fully enjoy the spaciousness and tranquility of the environments.

Contact & Directions
Highway exit A22 Rovereto Sud, proceed towards Lake Garda and in the locality of Loppio turn right towards the Valle di Gresta. Upon arriving in Ronzo-Chienis, enter the road to the right of the Cassa Rurale. You will find us approximately halfway down the street, in a three-story white building with a terrace. The parking is located under the terrace.

Payment Conditions
Check-in from 3:00 PM, check-out from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. We will contact you a few days before your arrival to provide all the necessary access information!
Pets not allowed.
Tourist tax to be paid on-site, not included. €1.00 per person/night (maximum of 10 nights, children under 14 excluded).
In case of damages caused to the apartment, reimbursement will be required.
