Information
A summer vacation at Casa del Sole means that your days will be filled with sun and tons of fun for the entire family: games and great outdoor barbecues in the common garden area (a large barbecue is available for guests to use), rest and relaxation under the shade of an old walnut tree or in the “Stubn” (a characteristic room made entirely of stones) located on the ground floor. You can start your day by walking or mountain biking up to the mountains to discover the many mountain huts and dairies and the breathtaking surroundings. If you’re feeling a bit more adventurous, you can try rafting on the Noce River or you can have fun climbing at one of the adventure parks like the Flying Park. If you’d like to catch up on your reading, you can head up to the library located in the home’s attic where even the little ones will enjoy the special playroom. The home’s garden or the Bio Lake, which is only a 5 min walk away, are both great places to catch some sun; a playground, a soccer field and a tennis court are also located next to the bio lake. Guided tours are available to discover the hidden corners of the town of Monclassico and the numerous sundials located on the homes in the town, one of the town’s special features. The supermarket is only 20 m away and the pharmacy about 500 m.

Check in after 4 pm; Check out before 10 am. How to get there: by car: Take the A22 Brennero motorway: if you are coming from the south, exit at the Trento Nord tollbooth; if you are coming from the north, exit at the S. Michele all'Adige tollbooth, then follow the directions towards the town of Cles, then towards Passo Tonale until you reach Val di Sole. Another route is via Passo Tonale, which connects the region with the west, the Lombardy region and with Switzerland. by train: the most convenient railroad station for internatinal trains is Trento. From there, you can take the Trento Malè-Mezzana train to Val di Sole. There are also buses that run throughout the valley. by plane: the closest airports are Verona Villafranca, Innsbruck, Bergamo Orio al Serio, Milano Linate, Milano Malpensa and Venezia Marco Polo.

Payment Conditions
The price includes: water and electricity consumption, heating, cutlery and flatware, covers, pillows, crib, high chair, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, hair dryer, toaster, microwave, TV, ski-rooom.
EXTRA MANDATORY FEES MUST BE PAID AT CHECK-IN:
- Final cleaning: yellow apartment 80€; blue apartment 100€
- Parking: 3 € per day
In spring and autumn when heating is off, it is possibile to turn it on with an extra surcharge of 15,00€ per day per apartment.
The tourist tax is an amount of 1,00 € per person per night that must be paid at the accommodation facility for stays of 1 to 10 nights in addition to the price of the booked holiday. It is not included in the price of the stay.
From June to October 2025, the Val di Sole Guest Card is included in the accommodation price. The card offers you loads of opportunities and benefits and the access to the cable lifts with special rates! Further info
Bed and bath linen: bed linen and towels available on request (1 bath and 1 hand towel) per person with a € 15,00 fee, kitchen linen provided free of charge on request.
Pets: Small and medium pets are allowed with a 3 € per day.
Deposit: A 100€ deposit will be requested upon your arrival.
