Bio-architecture apartment located on the third floor with lift inside a historic villa called "Villa Aurora" completely renovated in A4 energy class and equipped with 2000 m2 of garden, located at the entrance to the Stelvio Park in one of the valleys considered among the most pristine in the Alps, the Val di Rabbi.
The Villa is located next to the cycle path and in front of the departure of the STELVIOBUS summer shuttles and 300 m from the Terme di Rabbi, therefore convenient for excursions without the need to move your own vehicle, for which two parking spaces are provided, one also with electric car charging. In winter there are snowshoe and ski mountaineering routes starting next to the structure as well as being located 15 minutes by car from the DAOLASA ski lift in the Folgarida / Marilleva area connected to the Madonna di Campiglio / Pinzolo carousel.

Contact & Directions
By car: take the A22 Brennero motorway: if you are coming from the south, exit at the Trento notd tollbooth; if you are coming from the north, exit S.Michele all'Adige tollbooth, then follow the direction towards the town of Cles, in Val di Non, then towards Val di Sole und Val di Rabbi.
By train: the most convenient railroad statio for international trains is Trento. From there, you can take the "Trento-Malè-Mezzana" train to Val di Sole until Malè and then to Val di Rabbi by bus.

Payment Conditions
The price includes: water, heating, and electricity consumption, iron, kitchen utensils, duvets, blankets, pillows, crib, baby cot, high chair, washing machine and dryer, Smart TV, Wi-Fi, storage, and private outdoor parking.
Services not included and to be paid on site: €80,00 final cleaning fee, electric car charging station available.
Upon arrival, a €250,00 deposit is required, which will be refunded at the end of the stay after verifying the integrity of the apartment.
The tourist tax is an amount that must be paid at the accommodation facility for stays of 1 to 10 nights in addition to the price of the booked holiday. It is not included in the price of the stay.
