It is eco-friendly, as it features an efficient and brand new biomass/pellet heating system, surrounded by a charming natural park of 10,000 square meters of fir and larch trees watered by the crystal-clear waters of the Avisio River. Finally, it is only 1.3 km from the center of Canazei, all reachable in just a few minutes via the new bike and pedestrian path.

A) DIE ENDGÜLTIGE GLEICHGEWICHT MUSS INNERHALB VON 23:00 UHR DER TAG VOR DER ABREISE ODER NACH 08:30 UHR AM TAG DER ABREISE ERFOLGEN For payments with credit cards, guests are asked to pay the bill stay within 24 hours after arrival (do not accept prepaid cards) B) The day of departure guests are asked to vacate their rooms no later than 10:30 a.m., otherwise it will be charge the cost of the room. Check-in: rooms will be delivered from 11:30 a.m to 15:00 p.m. C) We will inform all our guests, in order to avoid "unpleasant misunderstandings" that the customer who withdraws in advance from the agreed stay at the hotel for their own will: illness, atmospheric agent, work etc. have to pay the room rate for the entire period specified in the booking (meal not included for the rest of the days booked)
