The house, built in the 1920s by Stefano's great-grandparents, features 3 large apartments surrounded by over 1,200 square meters of private garden, complete with a relaxation area, private parking, and storage for bicycles and surfboards.
The ground floor apartment consists of 2 double bedrooms, a living room with a double sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower. Additionally, on the same floor, there is another Romantic Room with a separate entrance, a double bed, and a bathroom with a shower. Families or friends can rent the entire ground floor together to fully enjoy relaxation and the beautiful season in good company in the spacious and well-kept garden.
On the first and second floors, there are two more large apartments with lovely balconies, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a complete kitchen.
