Information
Wonderful single house in the panoramic and sunny area of "Pera alta", is composed of only 4 apartments.
It is only 15-20 minutes walk from the center, and the first supermarket is 500 meters away. At 500 meters there is the new chair lift to ski on the slopes of the Catinaccio / Ciampediè ski area in winter and in summer it is also the starting point for summer trips.
Equipped with garage, outdoor parking, free ski / bicycle storage.
All apartments have free WI-FI access and flat-screen TV with satellite TV for some foreign channels.
In all the houses it is forbidden to wax the skies.
IMPORTANT: barbecue in the apartments and also in the garden are forbidden.
IT IS FORBIDDEN TO RECHARGE ELECTRIC CARS AT ALL OF OUR HOUSES.
THERE ARE SPECIFIC PLACES IN TOWN.
If need to recharge electric bicycles, please let us know before the reservation.

Payment Conditions
The reservation is valid only under the terms and for the number of occupants (adults and children, if any) specified in the confirmation email. Any changes must be agreed in advance with the owner of the house, who reserves the right to accept or deny them.
Free WI-FI is included.
Free private parking is available (without booking it in advance).
Animals are not allowed.
Consumptions and final cleaning are included.
Bed linen are included.
Towels are not included, but you can reserve them separately ( € 10/person/week – TO RESERVE 7/10 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL)
Not included the tourist tax (€ 1,50/ night / person up to 10 nights, free for children under 14)
At the arrival we will ask a caution money of euro 100 (euro 200 for the new year period) each apartment in cash ( we will return it when you leave if everything will be ok )
The balance of the stay is requested at the moment of the arrival.
