X Alp Hotel in Pera di Fassa, open all year round, for a new holiday experience in Val di Fassa.
We confine with the ski lifts that lead up to the Ciampedie in the splendid setting of the Catinaccio. If you can't miss your beloved bike on your holiday, the bike path is right next to the hotel.
The hotel has a bar, two restaurants, a TV room and a meeting room, a reading area, a lift, ample parking, a garden, a sun terrace with a mini-jacuzzi and a wellness area with a sauna, a steam bath and a relaxation area.

Payment Conditions
We ask the advanced payment of 30% total stay to make the reservation. We will take the money with the Credit Card number, if you have give it as Garantie, or we ask a bank transfer.
In case of Cancellation until 24 hours prior to arrival, we will consider the pre-payment for a new period booked before the next season. In case of Cancelation after 24 hours prior to arrival the payment will consider as Penality.
Tourist Tax will be charged in addition to the price of the holiday booked. CITY TAX is EURO 1,30 PER PERSON PER DAY
Free children up to 14 years old and Excluding nights over the 10th consecutive day.
