The Sichehof farm is a small family-run business, which raises cattle and pays close attention to their nutrition and well-being.
The cattle are fed exclusively with their own fodder mowed in the meadows that characterise the area, including a small amount of certified organic cereals. All this to produce sustainable and high quality milk and meat.
Upon reservation, guided tours are organized by the company (maximum 7 participants per group):
Daniele and Damiano open the doors of their company to let you visit the stable, the barn, the dairy and let you discover many curiosities about the breeding of Alpine gray cattle. You will understand how the cheese is produced and matured and you can end your visit with a product tasting at the point of sale.

When: Wednesday at 2.00 pm; Saturday at 10.00 am and 2.00 pm
Costs: visit + tasting € 14.00
