As in a travel diary, we start from where it all begins: from the vineyards and orchards, where our products are born and grow.
We then go down to the two cellars, one with wooden barrels and vats, the other with terracotta tinajas.
At the end we sit at the table, to taste our wines produced in biodynamic together with the raw milk cheeses that we produce on the slopes of Monte Baldo.
